binky's pre-birthday blow-out @ ohlala

We scheduled our outing for December 8. Kaya lang ayun excited na masyado mga bata kaya earlier na daw. It was a battle between the beach and a pool. Ayun nagwagi si bens at gusto talaga niya sa pool. We then scouted for a nice place. The first option was the one in  Daraga since its nearer. Kaya lang natatakot daw sila doon sa bundok na malapit doon at parang babagsak sa pool. Ayun, a day before we settled for Oh Lala Spring Resort in Guinobatan. With just a van and a motorcycle, nagkasya naman all 21 of us. Worry nga si Yay a night before kung kakayanin pa daw kami ng van.

We left at 7:30am and just drop-by at Camalig for pinangat. Sobrang excited nila at inaabangan din nila 'yong mga malalaking toyo,sardinas at vetsin sa Camalig kaya wala talaga natulog sa biyahe. Ang ganda ng Mayon that day. Totoo nga na early morning talaga ang best view ng Mayon.

In less than an hour we were at the entrance of the resort. Entrance fee is 80 pesos. Only kids below three are free, so Dylan and Binky were the only one who availed. Actually, nalito pa kami kung alin nga ba doon 'yong entrance at 'yong parking since kami pinaka-maaga dumating. We were the only group until  an hour later na nagdatingan na din ang iba.

The water was cold but even Binky won't get out of the water. Sobrang gustong-gusto niya na umiiyak kapag inalis mo sa tubig. Siyempre winner sa pinaka-addict sa pool si Pau at Kyle sa girls at mahilig sila sa water eversince, at si Vince sa boys at dream niya talaga lagi na maligo sa pool. in fairrness, malapit na siyang matuto lumangoy. Pero kakatuwa din si Dylan na gustong-gusto na din magswimming.

Heto naman ang winner sa pose at mas madami pa siyang pictures kaysa sa mga bata. Lahat ng sulok gusto magpa-picture.

The food included pinakro and tuyo for breakfast. but i opted for just pandesal. Then we had bistig (pork steak), fried chicken, bicol express and pinangat for lunch. Siyempre di mawawala 'yong hotdogs for the kids. Maaga pa nila sinimulan 'yong drinks ng red horse at san mig. Excited din me gumala-gala kaya I've barely ate.

The resort was really unexpectedly beautiful knowing it is on the outskirts. The only thing I didn't like was there was only one functioning toilet for the ladies. Although there were a number of showers, one toilet bowl wouldn't be enough for quite a number of guest.
