2013 summer finale

@ Dhio Endheka Spring Resort
Buang, Tabaco City

The best thing about this summer, the sunny weather extended up to the month of June. It's really something new here in Albay having sunny days especially at this month. And even if I am no fanatic of the sun since my energy drifts whenever  I am under the heat of the sun, I did enjoy this late outing with my siblings and cousins.

The resort has been here for decade but this is only our second time. And we didn't even swim and roam around during our first visit. To make the most of it, we took time now to take pictures of every area of the resort. I admired the garden, the mountains at the back,the running water,  I was envious of  the adjacent residents washing clothes on a free flowing water, and of course the clean pools.

But what was disappointing were the cottages. I think they lack maintenance or are they no longer expecting occupants at this month? And minus point also is the parking fee that didn't came cheap.

And of course a reminder, there were 120 steps on the stairs going up and down. Not really advisable for the oldies.

crissy's birthday

cris at 12 years old...imagine this was 25 years ago...my little boy is all grown up.

As i was scanning my files, I came upon this printed version of a slideshow I made him six years ago.
This is for his 31st birthday.

on your birthday my crissy...

i wish you all the happiness in this world.

i wish to see you someday in your officer's uniform with three gold lines on your shoulder board.
( he became an officer a year after I wrote this, yet he hasn't fully fulfilled it)

in the soonest possible time, i'll be very happy seeing you cuddling our baby and enjoying your being a daddy
( of course, we are still waiting for our baby. but we are both optimistic that it would be soon)

i pray that you will be granted with more blessings so you can share it with everyone whom you've always wanted to help.

i'll be more than happy just to see you sleeping beside every morning i wake up.
(siyempre pangarap naman namin na magkasama every day of our married life pero di pa talaga posible)

a worry free and a healthy life is what i wanted you to have even when time comes wrinkle will show up.
(the past years medyo sumasabit na siya sa medical kaya on guard na talaga ako sa health niya. but as Crissy puts it.. "lalampasan ko ang 80 years old")

i believe it wouldn't take eternity until you have your dream car. i can see how hard you're working for it.
(he came to realize this last year and kahit hindi pa yon tipong pang-dream car, I'm still proud na na-achieve na niya gusto niya)

may you always enjoy life and celebrate love with each passing time.

who just know in few years we will have that three bedroom house with our own spa and a pool beside the garden where we could relax to our hearts content.
(gustong-gusto kasi niya 'yong ini-spa siya kaya dream ko yon sa kanya.siyempre wala pa kami three bedrooms. Mas lalo naman wala pang swimming pool pero for now masaya kami sa fishpond sa tabi ng aming munting garden na ginawa namin breakfast nook)

i wish you won't worry anymore about each pound that i'm gaining.see i'm gaining it at the right places.

kahit minsan TTT ako at masyadong madrama,alam mo naman na mahal na mahal kita.
( as in tatanga-tanga.pang-asar niya lang yon sakin about petty things na lagi ako sumasabit)

at wala akong ibang hinahangad kundi makita ka na laging masaya, at kung kaya ko lang ibigay ang lahat na kaligayahan na 'yon, you know i wouldn't think twice.

... and us. our first picture together was also here and that was almost thirteen years ago. and  Cris will always be the one to  long for a visit here.

It's a Sunday...We headed to Cagsawa. And we were excited for baby tirelessly roaming around the park and trying to climb the stones. Until now, I am amazed how a one year old would roam around that fast and make noise that could catch everybody's attention.
