Another year of marriage??? You two must be CRAZY!!!!

January 25, 2011 marked the fifth year of our marriage... and of course i wouldn't let it pass just like that. it must be something special. it just that our wedding date doesn't register much on my memory. we were supposed to be wed on december that's why

we took the chance to visit Manaoag since Cris had made a vow to visit there every year. i kinda appreciate it more since the last time we were there i was so groggy. we just arrived from Bicol when we went there. and i just so love the ambiance of the town while we were eating on the fast food stalls that line up the front of the church and the town hall as our view.

the good thing was there are already vans plying the baguio-manaoag route. It was a little bit scary and we were almost caught in an accident. in fairness with the driver, since i was sitting behind him, i didn't see the other car too that suddenly overtook the truck.

@ Burnham Park

anyway, we got our much deserve break in baguio. and this time around we got to enjoy the city just relaxing in our hotel room and strolling  a bit at Burnham Park. Crissy had  a grand time eating, from sweet corn, to mangoes, to chicharon and me siopao. we just left when it really felt cold as it was dark already. just in time for ukay-ukay at baguio market.

the next day we went to the church and said our prayers. and just how stupid i am to forget that i should have not took the stairs. after that breakfast at SM. as usual Cris just love posing for my cam. and then like a child, he immediately wants to take a look at his pictures and even zoom it to see how he look like.

well, he convinced me too to pose with my 50,000 jacket. just an additional to my violet collection. and yah, he just love me wearing it.

something went wrong and we rushed  back at the hotel where we stayed until check-out time... a few more minutes spend at ukay-akay then we headed to the bus terminal

what i love most about our travel isn't the beautiful things we got to see but the time spent together. i enjoyed our bus rides where he would cuddle me like a baby, where we both dream on the amazing houses we passed by, or just simply holding each others hand like we just became lovers yesterday.

i would have to say that the past months saw a different level in our relationship.  we became aware that in our ten years of being together some things are just possible. that there are differences that we have yet to patch. that we could be capable of hurting each other. we are working on it though. and all these time even if it do came to a point that i have said harsh words, i just knew that Cris would really never mean to hurt me. I am just a little insecure girl and a jealous wife at times.

some things just do happen. it's for us to realize that there are things we need to decide, some things to embrace. some things to give up. and it really wouldn't matter. as long as we can be together, happiness and bed of roses is possible.
