everybody needs a friend

sa wakas nagkita-kita din kami. at sabi ko nga ngayon ko lang na-realize kung gaano ko sila na-miss. i so misssssss talking to these girls. and come to think of it, ang tagal-tagal na pala na wala ako masasabing kaibigan. though we text each other from time to time and sometimes communicate online, its really different when you can see each other and bring back the old times. we were all so busy with our lives and i should have known that they should have been a part of the life im living now. kasi they are the same people whom i shared my dreams with. ang dami-dami na namin namissed out na times but i hope it isn't too late para i-rekindle namin ang dating friendship.

personally, it's a wake up call not to confine myself at home and be with the same people everyday. i almost forgot that there are people in my past that i need to reconnect with. para uli kaming mga twenties kung mag-chikahan kung hindi nga lang ang topic na ay pregnancy, motherhood, marriage at sex. favorite topic namin dati lahat ito, and funny dadating pala kami sa ganitong stage na we can talk about it on a higher level.

we are all happy with our respective marriages but it's so nice to know that we have each other to share our stories and compare notes. buti na lang we are all in long distance relationships kaya we really have many things in common to discuss. at ang sarap ng feeling when you can be with people whom you can just be your true self.
