From PMA,
we took taxi again to Camp John Hay. Our first stop was at the Butterfly
Sanctuary. At first, being the “kuripot” that I am, I was hesitant kasi PHP40
ang entrance and you can see na sobrang maliit lang naman ‘yong place to roam
around. But then again, paminsan-minsan lang naman makakapunta sa place nag
anon, so why not? Ayun, we just posed before the lagoon tapos on our way out,
the caretaker insisted that he will let us come in contact with the butterflies.
Before I knew it, pinaglalagay na niya butterflies sa damit ko. Tapos sa face
kasi di daw puwede sa hair ko kasi dumudulas at nagparebond daw kasi ako. Sabi
pa niya, suwerte ninyo ha, kasi mga celebrities daw ang madalas nagpapakuha sa
kanya.
When it was Crissy’s turn, natawa na lang ako when, he put the butterfly right on his nostrils. Pang-extra challenge daw, hehe. Walang nagawa si Crissy but to smile on the cam. Well, what a souvenir!
After that we headed to the picnic grounds. But, unprepared that we were, we can’t have our own picnic. We just had a good time strolling under the pine trees. Di na kami pumasok sa historical side niya where the Bell Amphitheater was kasi may entrance din. We went all the way to the Manor Hotel pero di na kami umabot sa banda na may nagtitinda ng mga export runs kasi lunchtime na.
